Azlan Tutoring provides remote one-on-one tutoring services across multiple subjects including:

• Mathematics (Algebra through Calculus)
• Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Earth/Space Science)
• Programming (Python, JavaScript, SQL, Computer Science fundamentals)
• Literature and Writing (Reading analysis, essay writing, exam preparation)

All sessions are conducted remotely via video conferencing platforms and include personalized materials, practice problems, and ongoing support.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our tutoring services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking sessions or creating accounts
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared with necessary materials
• Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all interactions
• Follow academic integrity guidelines and use tutoring for learning purposes only
• Notify us of cancellations or rescheduling requests in accordance with our policy
• Make payments promptly according to agreed terms

Payment Terms

• Payment is required before services are rendered
• All prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
• Refunds are available according to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided during tutoring sessions remain the intellectual property of Azlan Tutoring. Students may use these materials for personal learning purposes but may not redistribute, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Academic Integrity

Our tutoring services are designed to help students learn and understand concepts. We do not complete homework assignments, take exams, or engage in any form of academic dishonesty on behalf of students. Students are expected to use tutoring services ethically and in compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies.

Limitation of Liability

Azlan Tutoring provides educational support services and cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or grade improvements. While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, academic success depends on many factors including student effort, attendance, and individual circumstances. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of all student information and session content. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Termination

Either party may terminate the tutoring relationship at any time with appropriate notice. Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be refunded according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

Technology Requirements

For remote tutoring sessions, users must have:

• Reliable internet connection
• Computer or tablet with webcam and microphone
• Access to video conferencing software (Zoom, etc.)
• Quiet, distraction-free environment for sessions

Technical difficulties that prevent session completion may result in rescheduling rather than refunds, depending on the circumstances.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
